What can I personalize and what are my options?
Due to copyrights and trademarks, we ask that you choose content that does not violate another party's intellectual property rights. This includes words, phrases, celebrity names, professional sports teams, college team logos, and graphics that are trademarked and/or the legal property of someone else.
Please consult our Paddle Personalization Legal Terms for more information, as well as a list of things that cannot be used in the Personalizer.
How long does it take? Will it take longer to ship my paddle if I personalize it?
Every JustPaddles.com order receives same day shipping before 8 pm CST. Our brand promise will continue to be On Time, Every Time, Exactly As Expected.
That is to say, you can expect the same fast, free shipping process whether you personalize your paddle or not. The addition of a personalized end cap decal will not delay your order.
If my personalized pickleball paddle end cap image is damaged or lost during play, can I receive a new one?

Can I order more than one personalized end cap image for my paddle?
No. At this time, a paddle can only have one type of personalized end cap decal.
How long is my personalized image stored?
Custom created images are stored in our Paddle Personalizer for 90 days. After 90 days from initial creation, the images are deleted from storage.
Why can't I personalize the end cap for the paddle in my Pick Your Pack or Bundle options?
Pick Your Pack, another exclusive JustPaddles.com feature, are the combination of multiple quality paddles at one low price. If you'd like to personalize each paddle, add the pack to your cart. From the cart page, you can personalize each paddle within the pack you've created.
Are all paddles eligible for personalization?
The personalized end cap decals are carefully placed on the end of the paddle's end cap. All decals are the same size; paddles, however, are not. Because paddle end caps vary in size and surface, JustPaddles.com chooses eligible paddles that are guaranteed to handle the decal.

When will all paddles be eligible for end cap personalization?
Our goal is to enhance the paddle personalization each day by working with customers, staff, players, and paddle manufacturers. At this time, there is no definitive date on when all paddles on JustPaddles.com will be eligible. But, that's our goal, and we don't like to settle.

What if I don't like my personalized end cap?

Why can't I upload a professional team logo?
Proffesional teams own the rights, titles, and interests of any logos associated with the teams. So, while it seems harmless to use a professional team logo for your decal, it's their intellectual property.
Is profanity allowed in the personalizer?
Clean language is preferred. Profanity is not allowed in the Paddle Personalizer. If we reject your image, we'll notify you via email, cancel your Custom Product order, and ensure you're not charged.
Does paddle personalization delay the shipment of my order?
The personalization process does NOT delay the shipment of an order. All orders are shipped the same business day when ordered by 7:00 PM Central Time unless otherwise noted. On-time, every time, exactly as promised. That's the JustPaddles promise.
